Beatles meetups

I would like to attend at Beatle Meetup - then may start one in Raleigh. I saw Backbeat in Apex one night recently. They were better than the cover band I saw in The Cavern Club in Liverpool on the 40th anniversary of Sgt. Pepper's. Would love to get together with people who really "get it". Headed back to Liverpool in May to do it again. Liverpool is going to be named the Cultural Capital of the UK in 2008.

If you think that there is enough interest in a group, go ahead and start one. I'm thinking of starting one in Chicago myself since I just started a website at www.beatle-fans.com after returning from London and Liverpool. I hope to make that trip again soon. I will most likely go back in two years. It is something every Beatle fan should experience at least once.
